Executive Director – J. Boe Ellis

Our director served previously as pastor of missions and discipleship at First Baptist Church of Tampa. He is a catalyst for partnerships with missionaries and church planters in Nepal, Brazil, Kenya, Boston, San Diego, Charlotte, and Puerto Rico. He has also inherited and strengthened partnerships with leaders in the Caribbean, South Africa, and East Asia.

Boe has served in other catalytic roles in ministry; as the church planting catalyst for the Tampa Bay Baptist Association; as a NAMB-supported intern in Boston, MA; as a church planting communications strategist and producer of projects in Toronto; Vermont; Albany, NY; New Hampshire; Maine; Connecticut; New York City; North Carolina; and Oaxaca, Mexico.

Boe holds an M.Div and a Th.M from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently working on his D.Miss at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Boe is married to Connie. They live in Tampa and have six kids, and two grand kids.

Director – Brian Harris

Brian is real estate broker in Tampa, FL, where he also serves his church as a deacon and a leader in missions, student ministry, and safety team. He holds an MBA from Liberty University.

He is a Maryland native who relocated to Tampa with his wife Jen in the early 2000s. They have four kids, and live in Seffner, FL.

Director – E. Allen Lynn

Allen is a visionary leader, a provocative thinker and a missionary at heart. He currently serves as Deacon, and on various committees at his local church and has served in the past as Youth Director and Men’s Ministry Director. He graduated from Reidsville High school and perused an early career in Motel Management, later turning to Real Estate brokerage and the Real Estate Appraisal industry. Currently working for Chase Bank as an appraisal review analyst. His ministry helps support those that are over-looked and forgotten. Through this ministry, Allen supports local and global missions with a vision to come along side of and equip individuals and churches to become more actively involved in Christian mission opportunities and service. Allen has a heart for seeing the lost receive the knowledge of our lord and savior Jesus Christ.

He and his wife, Rita, have been married for over four decades. They have 2 beautiful children and they are very proud grandparents of 3 grandchildren. Allen and Rita are natives of Reidsville, Georgia and Corbin Kentucky respectively and have resided in Tampa Florida for the past 40 plus years.
