Facilitating Team Meetings
Every pastor can attest that coordinating and preparing for meetings is a lot more work than the meeting themselves. That is why our ministry can be such a breath of fresh air for senior pastors, who can leverage our opportunity to work directly with ministry leaders to schedule, coordinate, and facilitate team meetings.
Leader Training No. 1 – Missions for Ministry Leaders, Reinforcing Vision and Strategy
We’ve worked with the senior pastor to verify the game plan. We have worked to assemble and schedule the team. Now is the time for our Missions for Ministry Leaders curriculum. This is a four-session training / workshop that can be done as a Friday night-Saturday morning or as an all-day Saturday event. It is planned as an onsite, in-person event but with Zoom capability for anyone who cannot be present.
Our team coordinates with your church to make things easy, including all the hospitality and A/V needs. We also provide all the printed materials and offer a follow-along, Web-based version of the training as well.
Supplemental Training – Missions for Administrators
Our team will work with your leaders and administrators to customize our templates to suit your church’s needs. This three-session training can be done in as little as an hour, and is usually tagged onto the end of our Ministry Leaders training.
