Ramping Up! We launched officially on January 1, 2021 as a new 501(c)(3) missions organization … “to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ by connecting Christians to global missions; equipping local churches, and supporting long-term partners in the field.”
Mission Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, July 4-13, 2021 – We were blessed to lead a short-term team from Tampa to Brazil in support of our partner, Pastor Joe Souza and Celebration Church in Boston.
Preaching in Boston, August 8, 2021, We were blessed to preach two services in two locations for Celebration Church in Boston, with a goal of sharing the Joy of Gospel Partnership from Phi 1:1-6, and sharing our vision for partnering together in Brazil.
Mission Connect Conference at South Tampa Fellowship, September 5, 2021, Thank you to Pastor Marc Corradino for inviting our ministry to be a part of STF’s Missions Connect Conference, a special Sunday set aside for missions.
Mission Trip to Nepal, October 16-26, 2021: We traveled to Nepal to preach a three-day Pastors and Wives Conference for Global Mission Nepal’s team from across the entire country. We also served in Chitwan, and in Kathmandu. Thank you for all of your prayers and support of our work half way around the world.
Establishing Celebration Church Planting Network, as a Charitable, 501(c)(3) Organization, October 27, 2021: God expanded our partnership with Celebration Church in Boston / Rio de Janeiro by allowing us to help establish the Celebration Church Planting Network, Inc. as a new charitable, 501(c)(3) organization.
Baptist Convention of New England Annual Meeting, and Launch Sunday with Celebration in Boston. November 4-7, 2021: We attended the Baptist Convention of New England’s Annual Meeting. Then, on Sunday, we were blessed to participate in an historic service of Celebration Church, as they hosted all four of their U.S. campuses in one location for the first time, baptized 12 new believers, and welcomed, officially, a new campus team that launched officially in Lowell, MA a month earlier.
Annual Fundraising Dinner, November 11, 2021: God sent us a wind of encouragement by bringing 80 prayer partners and supporters together for a special dinner at First Baptist Church of Tampa. Thank you to our speaker, Pastor Joe Souza, and our partners Dan Pokharel (Nepal) and Lester Acosta (Caribbean), who were in attendance. The Holy Spirit was on the move! It really was a highlight. Thank you all who attended, who gave, and who served.
Media Project in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, November 27-December 4, 2021: We flew back to Rio to capture new interviews and images with the ministries and church planters of the Celebration Church Planting Network.

- 80 people attend our Annual Fundraising Dinner
- $92,000+ given to support GCPN missions and operations
